By registering for or attending a Joyful Kingdom Kids event, you agree to the following terms:

1. Event Registration

All registrations must be completed by a parent or legal guardian (18+).

You agree that the information provided is accurate and complete.

2. Tickets & Payments
Tickets must be purchased or reserved in advance
All sales are final unless otherwise stated
Tickets may be non-transferable unless approved
3. Event Changes & Cancellations

We reserve the right to:

Modify event details (date, time, location, activities)
Cancel or reschedule events if necessary

4. Parent/Guardian Responsibility

Parents or guardians are responsible for:

The supervision and behavior of their child(ren)
Ensuring children follow event guidelines

Joyful Kingdom Kids is not responsible for unattended children unless explicitly stated.

5. Safety & Conduct

To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience:

All attendees must behave respectfully
Disruptive or unsafe behavior may result in removal without refund
6. Assumption of Risk

By attending, you acknowledge that participation in activities may involve some level of risk.

You voluntarily assume all responsibility for any injury, loss, or damage.

7. Liability Waiver

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Joyful Kingdom Kids and its team shall not be held liable for:

Personal injury
Loss or damage of personal belongings
Any incidents occurring during the event
8. Media Release

By attending, you grant permission for photos/videos to be used for:

Marketing
Social media
Promotional materials
